Refund Policy
At Solvéra, we are committed to your satisfaction with every order. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy.
1. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Procedure
To initiate a refund, contact us at contact@try-solvera.com including your order number, the product in question, and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions, including the return address. Return the product using a shipping method that includes tracking. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Processing Times
If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, follow the same steps as for a refund and clearly indicate that you are requesting an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us at contact@try-solvera.com and we will resolve it at our expense, including providing a replacement or a full refund.
